SPONSORSHIP MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
The Milwaukee Community Sailing Center (MCSC) uses sailing as a platform to reach out to at-risk urban teenagers and children and adults with disabilities. Many experience Lake Michigan for the very first time because of MCSC programs. MCSC is the ONLY non-profit organization serving this group with this type of programming. Annually, MCSC provides scholarships to at-risk urban kids and enables disabled children and adults the opportunity to experience Lake Michigan. These activities are available because of the generosity of sponsors and donors to the annual MCSC Sailors' Ball. 100% of the proceeds from the Sailors' Ball are used for programming.
