HERE'S A SNAPSHOT OF THE 2011 AUCTION AND HOW TO HELP FOR 2012
Every year the Sailors' Ball silent auction presents a fabulous array of items for our numerous guests to bid on and take home. All proceeds from the auctions help underwrite the community programs offered by MCSC during the summer. Due to generous donations of auction items and cash from businesses and individuals from the Milwaukee area, across the state and beyond, we are able to serve many more community members with affordable sailing classes and access to sailboats on Lake Michigan - regardless of physical limitations or economic barriers. Here are some items already donated by our generous supporters. If you are interested in bidding, please contact MCSC.
- In-water Boat Slip (up to 50') at Reefpoint Marina for 2012 Season
- 3 Reflexology Spa Treatments with hot stones and aromatherapy
- Day Sailing on Milwaukee's own Denis Sullivan
- Overnight getaway stays at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort or Heidel House
- Handpainted celestial silk scarf
- Dining experiences at many fine restaurants
We are now gratefully accepting donations of auction items for Sailors' Ball 2012 to be held on March 3, 2012. Some of our best sellers in the past include restaurant & spa certificates, artwork, tools, gift baskets, getaway packages, sporting event merchandise & tickets, etc. Please contact Holly at MCSC on 414 277-9094 or stop by our office at 1450 N.
